Hello Everyone!
I am excited, and anxious, to be at the beginning of my new endeavor. An endeavor that I have been thinking about for years. The Cincinnati Soup Company. A place that sells food that pleases the palates and pocketbook of working class and professionals alike. A place that east side and west side agree is good. A place that 5th generation Cincinnati west siders and newly arrived Californians making a home in Hyde Park, sit down together. That’s the dream.
The road to achieve that is winding. There is no clear path to success but with perseverance and determination. My wife believes in this so I have all the support I need to get there.
But I cannot do it without you! Come out to Binski’s Bar in Camp Washington on Monday July 8th. We are doing a Pop-Up dinner. We’ll be showing a couple of menu items that we think you’ll enjoy.
