Volunteered at the First Presbyterian Church here in Fort Thomas, KY today. Met a couple of really nice ladies, Pastor Amy and Barb. We prepped for taco Tuesday. It’s going to be a vegetarian dinner taking place tomorrow at the Christ Church in Fort Thomas.
You never know what type of people you’re going to meet. I’m not particularly religious. And, I don’t enjoy church. But, the stories and experiences these two women had were very interesting. And, I enjoyed takling with them about where and what they have been through.
We made beans and lentils. They were good. I look forward to having dinner at the church tomorrow. Till then.
